2020 EFFA season update

We'd like to give you an update on the 2020 EFFA season now that the Phase 2 of the COVID-19 relaunch strategy has been implemented on June 12th.

 

Included in the Phase 2 implementation was allowing Team Sports (with restrictions) to commence by utilizing the updated cohort structure.  Team Sports was originally scheduled for the Phase 3 roll out.   The cohort is defined as a closed, small group of no more than 50 individuals who participate in the same sport or activity, and remain together for the duration of Stage 2.

 

The EFFA executive is currently discussing the logistics and potential formats that could be utilized during Phase 2.  Any decision to proceed with a season will take into consideration the safety and well being of our membership and our desire to stay true to the version of flag football that the EFFA provides.
